Not only do they make a perfect companion snack with penguin hot cocoa, they’re also easy to make in a jiffy, which is a must if you’re craving immediate penguin cupcake gratification. Simply ice a vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting, place three chocolate cookie halves on top, add three small triangles of dried apricot for the beaks and feet, and stick on some mini m&ms for eyes and presto! Simply Penguinalicious!
