Penguin Cupcakes

We at the Penguin Post know what it’s like to be home with the kids on these long, cold Winter days.  So if you’re looking for a fun, delicious indoor activity, look no further than the penguin perfect treat.  We’re talking about penguin cupcakes of course.

Not only do they make a perfect companion snack with penguin hot cocoa,  they’re also easy to make in a jiffy, which is a must if you’re craving immediate penguin cupcake  gratification.  Simply ice a vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting, place three chocolate cookie halves on top, add three small triangles of dried apricot for the beaks and feet, and stick on some mini m&ms for eyes and presto!  Simply Penguinalicious!
